Gourmet Eco-Sustainable Delights (hot option):

•KIKA: Sautéed quinoa with garlic, soy yogurt sauce with spirulina, brown lentil salad with marjoram and extra virgin olive oil, and roasted vegetables with a thyme and EVOO dressing.

•ONYX: Chocolate panna cotta made with rice milk, bitter orange jam, and a topping of toasted hazelnuts.

•ANDAMAN: Tofu and vegetable curry, accompanied by brown rice and a crunchy salad with peanut sauce dressing.

Plate sizes:

Each plate is 580 ml in size, enough for a complete meal for one person. All ingredients are certified organic, and the preparations are 100% handmade, with no preservatives or additives.

•Turkish bath or Hammam: Enjoy a relaxing steam bath with high humidity, known for its many therapeutic benefits and nicknamed in the East as "the silent doctor."

•Sauna: Intense heat to detoxify the body and purify the skin.

•Bi-thermal showers: Alternating hot and cold water with different pressures to stimulate circulation and revitalize the body.

•Whirlpool: With massage jets and fountains that relieve tension and revitalize the body and mind.

•Thalasso Jacuzzi: Relax in bubbles and jets of warm water at 36º that stimulate your muscles.

•Cold water pool: Immerse yourself in low-temperature water (8º-15º) after the sauna to reactivate circulation.

•Tepidarium: Lie back in comfortable heated loungers in a warm, humid environment, perfect for unwinding.

•Footbath: Walk on smooth stones with water jets that stimulate circulation in your feet and legs.

•Flotarium: Float in a high-salinity pool that relieves muscle tension and provides deep relaxation.
