El spa circuit of the Spa Flamingo Tenerife It is designed to offer a complete experience of relaxation and body well-being, combining heat, steam and water in different therapeutic forms.

🌫️ Turkish bath or Hammam

A hot steam bath with high humidity, with a purifying and relaxing effect. Known in the East as “the mute doctor”, helps cleanse the skin and improve breathing.

🔥 Sauna

Deep heat that promotes the elimination of toxins, stimulates circulation and contributes to the body's natural detoxification.

(I.e. Bi-thermal or sensation showers

A combination of water temperatures and pressures that stimulate the skin, tone muscles, and activate blood circulation.

(I.e. Whirlpool

It features water jets, fountains for neck massage, body jets, and underwater jets that relax and revitalize the entire body.

💧 Thalasso Jacuzzi

Mini whirlpool with 36°C water and stimulating bubbles. Ideal for relieving muscle tension and promoting a feeling of total relaxation.

🧊 Ice fountain

Helps reduce muscle pain, relieve inflammation, and tone skin after heat treatments.

🛏️ Tequila

Relaxation area with heated loungers. It offers gentle warmth and pleasant humidity to completely relax the body and mind.

As an extra to the spa circuit, we provide Exfoliating product for self-applied peeling in the hammam.

You can choose between volcanic ash o aromatic peeling, ideal for softening the skin and enhancing the effects of steam.
