Once your purchase is complete, our gift voucher will be sent to your email in PDF format (available to print or send via email/WhatsApp/etc.) and is valid for 3 months from the date of purchase.

Conditions:
Redemption: It must be redeemed in a single spa of your choice.
Failure to use the gift card does not give rise to a right to a refund.
Validity: 3 months.

Prior Appointment: It is mandatory to book an appointment in advance.
It is mandatory to present the printed purchase voucher to enjoy the service.
The gift vouchers must be purchased before being consumed with 48hrs. in advance.
